Reactivating Players: To reactivate a player from your disabled list. Check that player, then click on reactivate. If you have enough roster slots open and you do not violate the salary cap by doing so, the player will be returned to your team. You may return multiple players at the same time by checking them all at once and clicking on Reactivate. Unlike going on the disabled list, players do not need to be healed to come off the DL. Teams may elect to bring players who are still injured off of the Disabled List. There is no minimum length that a player has to stay on the List.

Qualifying for the Disabled List: In order to be added to the disabled list, a player must be injured (have a red number after his name), you must not violate the minimum roster or position requirements and you must have enough Disabled List spots open. The number of players that may be on the disabled list at one time is league specific, but, typically it is 10 for subscribed users and 5 for non-subscribers (half of the subscriber number). If you don't have enough slots open, the system will alert you.

Storing Player on the Disabled List: Teams often elect to store players on the disabled list even though they are not injured. This practice is not sanctioned by Simgalaxy. Changes are being worked on to remove players from the disabled list at the end of the season. These changes may be installed at any point. Do not get your team in a situation where you have $100 Million in salary on the DL, so you cannot clear them out.
