Exhibition: When a game is an exhibition game, the word Exhibition will be shown in red before the game. Weeks 1 thru 4 are all exhibition weeks. Although exhibition game stats will be wiped out at the start of the regular season, players can still be injured in the pre-season. It is often a good idea to bench some of your more important players in the pre-season. [View Sample]
Regular Season: The regular season is from week 5 up to and including week 20. Each team will play 8 home and 8 away games during the regular season. The regular season is composed of 6 games against your division rivals, one home and one away. The majority of those games are saved for the second half of the season. In addition you will play two teams from the other divisions in your conference (6 games). Finally, each team will play all the teams in one division from the other conference (4 games). Each season this schedule rotates. Over the course of 8 seasons, you will play all teams in all divisions at least twice (once home and once away). Total games: 6 + 6 + 4 = 16. [View Sample]
Playoffs: The playoffs are weeks 21-24. The round will be displayed before each game for a playoff week. There are four(4) rounds of playoff games, Wildcard, Div Champ, Conf Champ and Galaxy Bowl. When a league is in the playoffs, only the next week of games will be shown. After the winners of that week of play are determined, the next week will be available.
